Private dining availability and booking
The Private Room seats up to 16 guests is available for:
Lunch
Monday – Sunday (12.00pm to 4.30 pm)
Guests may stay later by prior arrangement and a room hire fee £150 per hour.
Dinner
Monday – Sunday (7.00pm to 12.30 am)
There is no charge for room hire for parties of 12 or more.

Confirmation and deposit:
To confirm your reservation and your acceptance of our terms and conditions, we require credit card details with signed authority-to charge £150.00.This is non-refundable unless 1 weeks notice of cancellation is given.
Cancellation policy:
Please note that all cancellations must be made in writing and the following is our charging policy:
- If the client cancels a booking within 7 days of the due date, the client will be charged £150.00 cancellation fee
- If the client gives less then 48 hours notice of cancellation, the client will be liable for an additional £50 per person.
Final numbers:
Confirmation of final numbers is required 24 hours before the date of the function, should your party subsequently reduce in size the original number of guest may be charged.
Menus:
We need your menu choice at least 7 days before your booking date (except late booking). Variations on the day are possible for guests with special dietary needs. Final menu items might need to be changed due to availability or seasonality.
